Obituary of Richard A. Gaines

Richard A. Gaines, age 77 of Tewksbury Twp., died Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Rolling Hills Care Center in Clinton Twp. Born in Flushing, NY, he was the son of the late Richard and Evelyn Gaines. Richard was a resident of Bedminster before moving to Tewksbury Twp. twelve years ago. He was a dentist with his own practice in Essex County for 30 years before his retirement. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Santa; his son, Richard J. of California; his daughters, Micheline Lewis and her husband, Paul of Asbury and Danielle Gaines and her husband, Dumitru Popovici of VA and four grandchildren, Matthew, Madeleine, Morgan and Mikaela. There will be no visitation. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Whitehouse Station. Inurnment will be private.
