Obituary of Rose Hoffman

Rose Hoffman, age 88 of Whitehouse Station, died Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Somerset Medical Center. Born in Bound Brook, Rose was the daughter of the late George and Mamie Miller. She had lived in Bridgewater for 47 years before moving to Whitehouse Station 11 years ago. Rose enjoyed gardening and flower arranging. She and her husband loved to travel and together they saw over 250 countries throughout the world. She was predeceased by her brother, Danny Miller and her sister, Louise Belz. She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Richard; her daughter, Cindy Hoffman of Middletown; her sister, Marion King and her husband, Morrell of Warren as well as many nieces, nephews, close friends and her cat, Arrow. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station at 9:30AM. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, April 28 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888. Burial will be in Bound Brook Cemetery.
