Diane, I am so very, very sorry for your loss. My fondest memories of Bob was when we had the old, old copier at the church and I would need to call him on a regular basis to keep it working. He would walk in and look at me as if to say not again! He would tell me bandaids, you can only put a certain number of bandaids on these machines! Then he'd work his magic and our copier would be fine...until the next time!
