Obituary of William Charles Cahill

William Charles Cahill, 72, of Whitehouse Station, New Jersey passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at his home. William was a lifelong resident of New Jersey. He was an entrepreneur, having spent his last 40 years as an accomplished mechanical contractor, real estate developer and general contractor. During the course of his life he was also a licensed electrician and an aircraft pilot. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Helen Cahill. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Karon, his brother, Robert and his sister, Patricia Francese, his daughter, Colleen Retik and his son, Michael. He will be missed and remembered by all of his many nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends. A private cremation was entrusted to Kearns Funeral Home, Whitehouse. A private family memorial service to celebrate and remember his life and times will be held, by land and by sea. Burial will be Tuesday in Somerset Hills Crematory, Basking Ridge. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Kearns Funeral Home, Ltd., Whitehouse.
