Although your time with us here on earth was far too brief Mike, while you were here you were more brilliant than the most flawless diamond. Your sparkle could not be ignored or dampened but could be seen by everyone every day. You touched countless lives and brought joy and laughter to so many, I just wish we could have done the same for you. You are and will always be deeply missed; the world is a far darker place without you. I will think of you daily…every time I see a plant, flower, eat a dish that reminds me of your cooking, hear a joke that I know you would have loved, or see “bling” done to perfection….and of course Christmas will never be the same again. Goodbye my dear friend, may you finally have found some peace.
