Obituary of Jean Moren

Jean Moren, age 77 of Readington Twp. died Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Olyphant, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Stella Wellech. Jean was a resident of Readington Twp. for 36 years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station where she participated in the prayer chain, both praying for, and notifying others of the need of prayers for parishioners and their family and friends. She was a dedicated volunteer at the Hunterdon Medical Center's gift shop and the Three Bridges Library. Jean enjoyed reading and her volunteer work, but her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family. She was devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Michael Wellech. She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Donald; her two sons, Christopher and his wife, Karri of Tatamy, PA and Timothy of Los Angeles; her daughter, Kelly Ann Moren of Readington; her two sisters, Barbara Drucker and her husband, Warren of Barrington, IL and Margaret Rolls of Hamlin, NY. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Emilee and Jordan Moren. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888.
