Obituary of Chad Lamphere
Dr. Chad E. Lamphere, age 41 of Pittstown, NJ, died suddenly on Sunday, September 28, 2014.
Born in Arkansaw, Wisconsin, he was the son of Bruce Lamphere and Suzanne DuVerrier.
He lived in Killeen, TX before moving to Pittstown one year ago.
Chad was a United States Army veteran and a Bronze Star recipient. He served seven years as an active duty army physician and was deployed to Iraq from September 2010 to September 2011.
He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, attended medical school at Western University in LA and served his residency at Darnall Army Medical Center in Ft. Hood, TX.
Chad enjoyed boxing and tractor pulling and was an enthusiastic Green Bay Packers fan. His greatest satisfaction was spending time with his children. He will be tremendously missed by all of his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Lindsay Dellavalle Lamphere; his children, Emma Paige and Chad Jr. both at home; his father, Bruce Lamphere of Wisconsin; his mother, Suzane DuVerrier and her husband, Brad Campbell of CA; his two brothers, Kirk Hoffman and his wife Tam of CA and Jarrod Lamphere and his wife, Natalie of FL; and his sister, Nicole Hohmann and her husband, Matt of IL.
Friends and relatives may visit with the family on Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM with a service to be held at 11:00 at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway, Whitehouse, NJ 08888
Burial will be in Harbourton Cemetery in Lambertville.
