Obituary of Helen Filippi

Helen (Murray) Filippi, 103, of Bridgewater, NJ, died on Thursday, January 15, 2015. Born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1911, Helen lived in Bernardsville for 48 years before moving to Bridgewater, where she resided at Avalon Assisted Living. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis, of 52 years, who passed away in 2000. Helen is survived by her son, Paul Filippi of Whitehouse Station, daughter, Anne Brookes of Bedminster, her grandson, Steven of High Bridge, one great grandson and a niece and 2 nephews. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated or to the charity of your choice.
