Our families have criss-crossed in so many ways over the years. Although Mr. Bunsa will be missed by many, his legacy will live on in your wonderful family. The wake last night was joyful, knowing that he was so strong in his faith and has now joined Mrs. Bunsa. Thinking of you all, with love from the Karole and Jonovich families

I never had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Bunsa however based on knowing one of his children, Raul, and seeing what a wonderful, kind man he is and his devotion to his family and service to others,I cannot help but believe his father was a significant influence in his life. As they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. God Bless all.

We both just loved Mary and Bob. They were beautiful people, and we enjoyed the spirit filled hours spent with them at church and at their house. Their children who grew up in Basking Ridge were also wonderful to know in those years.

A perfect picture - with the smile Uncle Robert always had and the sparkle that inspired others to live with faith, cheer, and a strong sense of helping others. Uncle Robert shared with me a name and in many ways he was my mother's favorite sibling. A visit from Uncle Robert to our home was always welcome, joyful, and energetic. On seeing his nephews and nieces, he would light up, share a stale but hilarious story (ending with ". . . called me shorty!"), and often invite us to join him on a tour of area diners. Accompanying and watching him as a company representative - exuding humility, good cheer, and good will, giving an attentive ear to clients, and sharing a story or lesson without a hint of self-righteousness made every visit a treasure. I spent too little time with Uncle Robert, his siblings, and my cousins. On hearing of Robert's passing, that was a first and deep regret. I pray for Uncle Robert and his family, and mourn his loss. I am also thankful for the blessings that extend to so many of us - from the example of his character and his life's work.
With love and sympathy,
Russell Robert Heller, Jr.

Mr. Bob Bunsa was a wonderful man. I did not see he and his lovely wife, Mary often, but when I did they made you feel so welcomed and loved. My parents thought the world of them. Rest in peace.

Some of my happiest memories of the Bunsa house while I was growing up was at the dinner table. Always room for one more! Inevitably the "office" phone would ring and Mr. Bunsa would graciously spring into work mode. Once concluded, he would return not skipping a beat and join in the laughter. He had such an infectious smile and always a bear hug to greet me. I will always appreciate his faith and love for Mrs. Bunsa, their children and their children's friends. "God Bless" as he always said goodbye. God has blessed us all with a special man in Mr. Bunsa.

Barbara & I spent many good hours with Bob & Mary when we were involved in Marriage Encounter back in the 70's & 80's. Their strong faith and devotion to each other and their family were models of what we all strive for. I know our Lord has a special place for Bob with Mary and their smiling faces will be remembered for long times to come.
My condolences to the entire Bunsa Family - my prayers go out to all of you and know that he is at peace with your Mom and our Lord.
Love Jerry Jones

PRAISE THE LORD! Bob fought the good fight and ran the race and now joins Jesus, Mary and his beloved Mary after almost 8 years of separation. He couldn't wait and the Lord said, "Wait, Bob. All in MY time." Those wonderful Bread of Life Prayer meetings full of praise and worship and song. Those blessed NJ and diocesan Charismatic Renewal Conferences kept us all spiritually energized I shall always refer to the 4th of July as "National Bob Bunsa Day. May you and Mary always dance together in the joy of the Lord in the power of the Holy Spirit. Remember us all when you enter Paradise, and may we all remember to "Walk with the Lord and be a blessing." My love and prayers to all the Bunsa clan. Cherish the happy memories! :)
