I know Sophie from Independence Manor, she was a friend to my mother -in-law who also lived there. They shared the same dining table, and would greet each other every morning. Sophie was so sweet and I would often tell her that she was a very classy lady. She would smile and say thank you. I will miss Sophie as will my mother -in-law.
