Obituary of Arthur A Brett

Arthur A. Brett, Jr, age 82 of Center Valley, PA, died Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth, PA.

Born in Bayonne, NJ, he was the son of the late Arthur and Irene Brett (nee Jensen).

Arthur had resided in the Fords section of Woodbridge for many years before moving to Center Valley, PA in 1984.

He was an army veteran and had honorably served his country during the Korean War.

Arthur had always enjoyed bowling and spending time with his dogs. He loved the outdoors and his time vacationing at the Ridin-Hy Ranch in upstate NY.

He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Ann (nee Parente) in 2003 and by his two brothers, Tom and Ron.

He is survived by his five children, Kevin and his wife, Karen of Middlesex, Diane Solomon and her husband, Gary of Cranbury, NJ, Barbara Jean Mainero and her husband, Mike of Kinnelon, NJ, Arthur and his wife, Kim of Palmerton, PA and Robert and his wife, Jan of Emmaus, PA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, Alyssa and Tara Brett, Edward Solomon, Dana Shann, Douglas and Brooke Solomon, Christopher, Michael and Jenna Mainero, Zack and Shane

Brett, and Samantha and Riley Ann Brett, as well as one great grandchild, Jolie Shann.

A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Church, 650 Harris Ave., Middlesex, NJ 08846.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Wednesday before the mass from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
