Obituary of Lillian N Gallick

Lillian N. Gallick, age 97 of Bridgewater, NJ, died Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Brandywine Living at Middlebrook Crossing. Born in Paterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Ida Ross. Before moving to Brandywine, Lillian resided in North Plainfield for many years. She was a communicant of St. Luke's Catholic Church and worked weekly at Bingo. She was also a member and past president of the North Plainfield Senior Citizens Club. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, making many lap blankets for veterans. Lillian loved this country and her patriotism was very important to her. She loved to sing God Bless America and always led the group singing it. She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen in 1980 and her brother, Robert E. Ross Jr. She is survived by her son, Robert Gallick of Tafton, PA; her daughter, Kathleen Gavula and her husband, John of Readington Twp.; her three grandchildren, Robert and Brian Gavula and Wendy Mizicko as well as one great grandchild, Chloe Gavula. Services have been entrusted to the Kearns Funeral Home in Whitehouse, NJ and will be private.
