Obituary of Helen M Griffing

Helen M Griffing, age 92 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Monday, September 9, 2013 at the Bridgeway Care Center in Bridgewater, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Henrietta Schroeck. Helen was an executive secretary, for the former Fidelity Union Trust Co. (Wells Fargo) in Newark, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband, William Griffing in 1965 and her son, Edward. She is survived by her son, William Griffing and his wife, Arlene of Whitehouse Station and her five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home Ltd., 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888 Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ.
