Bruce Cumming Hadley, age 63, passed away peacefully on November 26th, 2019 at his home in Clinton, NJ.
Bruce is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Linda (Kazmierski) Hadley, his daughter Jenna FitzGerald and husband Liam, his mother Barbara Hadley, his sisters Janice Hadley and Karen McKenna, and brother Brian Hadley. He was predeceased by his father George.
Bruce graduated from North Plainfield High School and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute in 1978. Bruce worked for many years as the consumer affairs manager at Zinsser/Rustoleum and more recently at Lowes. His love of art shone through in all of the work he did, from home renovation projects and interior design to pen and ink renderings of houses and his grandchildren. Indeed, Bruce’s greatest joy was his role as Pop-pop to his three grandsons Brennan, Winston and Declan. He often said, “The children are the greatest gift I’ve ever received.”
