Obituary of Rosemarie C. Pacella

Rosemarie C. Pacella, age 76 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at her home. 

Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late John and Rosa Tanganelli. 

Rosemarie and her late husband, Frank owned and operated the Pacella Italian Deli in Edison for 32 years.

She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and the Rosary Altar Society.  She enjoyed oil painting, gardening, crocheting, cooking, and music.  She loved the outdoors and found true peace in the mountains. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family and being with her grandchildren. 

Beside her husband, Rosemarie was predeceased by her two brothers, John and Gene Tanganelli, her nephew, Robert and her neice, Maryann.

She is survived by her son, Anthony and Patricia Pacella, her two daughters, Roseanne Vallely and her husband, Joseph, and Anna Marie Norris and her husband, Steven and by her five  grandchildren, Sofia, Rose, and Gabrielle Pacella, Matthew and Ava Rose Vallely and Alijah Norris.  She is also survived by her three nieces, Patricia, Annette and Jeanne. 

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 1:00 to 4:30 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 4:30.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rosemarie's memory to IN MEMORY OF at www.inmemof.org/rosemarie-c-pacella  for the benefit of St. Jude Children's Research  Hospital or the Juvenille Diabetes Foundation.

Cremation will be private.
