I consider Craig one of my long time friends, knowing him for nearly 70 years. Bud and Craig and I had wonderful times together growing up in Fort Lee and I will cherish those happy times. I have kept in touch with Craig since and respected him greatly for his devotion to his family and for his service in VietNam at a difficult time. He was truly one of the "good guys." His parents and my parents were good friends for many years, living across the street from each other. Our threesome played at the local school, went bike riding (farther away from home than our parents knew), played softball, traded and sold our comic books, had snow fort fights, went sled riding, etc. It was a nice time to grow up. I will miss him very much. He had a nice place in my heart.
