Peter was a volunteer reader for many years for Radio Reading Services at the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI). Peter was my reading partner, and we read USA Today every Wednesday afternoon--he was an excellent reader! Peter had a brilliant mind and a wonderful sense of humor. He had a soft spot in his heart for orange cats, naming each one he adopted "Kaywood." Peter dearly loved his wife, Ruth, and was completely devoted to her. Those of us at RRS were sad when Peter moved to New Jersery several years ago. My life has been enriched by working with Peter and knowing him. My sincere condolences are sent to Peter's family at this sad time. The world has lost a very good man.
