It was a huge regret for me to learn of Carmine's disappearance. He was not just a cousin to me but a brother. I had a special affection for him and he has always been an important reference for me… also for my family.
His house was the house of the good Jesus, every time we had the opportunity to land in the United States, his house was like ours.
For a very long time I have kept a photo of him placed on my desk in the office together with another souvenir that he brought me from Germany ...
I will miss you very much my dear Carmine,
you'll always be in my heart !

Un enorme dispiacere è stato per me apprendere della scomparsa di Carmine. Lui per me non era soltanto un cugino ma un fratello. Avevo un affetto particolare per lui ed è stato per me sempre un riferimento importante… anche per la mia famiglia.
La sua casa era la casa del buon Gesù, ogni volta che abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di approdare negli Stati Uniti, la sua casa era come nostra.
Da moltissimo tempo io conservo una sua foto posta sulla mia scrivania in ufficio insieme ad un altro souvenir che lui mi portò dalla Germania…
Mi mancherai molto mio caro Carmine,
sarai sempre nel mio cuore !
