Dear Family, We are so very sorry to learn of the passing of your dear father, grandfather Richard. A very knowledgeable, kind and sharing person. We learned so much from him, and we’re ourselves motivated by his love and enthusiasm for science and technology, Although OPTI no longer exists, Dr. Stockel’s passion for chemistry, and his assistance and support to struggling inventors who went on to set up their own businesses, will always be fondly remembered. There were many.... So grateful for his beautiful contributions. We will cherish his memory... it was a pleasure to work with him! Our condolences to the family. On behalf of Arthur, Mento, Dennis, and all who knew and worked with Richard at OPTI.
