Obituary of Karan Lencsak
Karan Lencsak of Easton, PA passed away on August 22, 2021. She was 72 years old.
Born in Huntington, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late George and Louise Hensley. Karan lived in Whitehouse Station for 45 years, prior to moving to Easton in 2004.
She and her late husband of 40 years, Thomas, owned and operated Steve's Service Center in Whitehouse Station.
Karan had many interests throughout her life, but her favorite hobby was traveling with her family. She enjoyed any adventure with her family, big or small. Christmas was her absolute favorite time of the year. She was a proud mother and cherished every one of her six grandchildren. Momentous late night sleepovers and morning gameshow TV were her signature Grandmother events that will be forever missed.
She was predeceased by her husband, Tom who died on September 6, 2019.
She is survived by her daughters, Tina Catalanotto and her husband, Kevin of Massapequa, NY, Terry Materna and her husband, Matthew of Easton, PA; her son, Steven and his wife, Laura of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by her amazing grandchildren, Thomas, Kevin, Emily, Matthew, Ashton, and Liam; and her sister, Faye Bell of Belvidere, NJ.
All services and burial will be private and have been entrusted to the Kearns Funeral Home in Whitehouse.
