Obituary of Lorraine E. Sands

Lorraine E. Sands, age 77 of Bridgewater, NJ, died Monday, August 30, 2021 at the Avalon Assisted Living at Bridgewater. 

Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late James and Helen Sands. Lorraine grew up in Teaneck and had lived in Ridgewood and Whitehouse Station before moving to Bridgewater in 2019.   

Lorraine was an accounting clerk, employed by Nourison Rugs in Saddle Brook, NJ before her retirement.  

She was very active with the Alumni Association at St. Cecilia’s High School in Englewood.

She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Quartarolo and her husband, Scott Adams and Regina Mysliborski and her husband, Tom and her six grandchildren, Thomas, Aidan, and Ella Mysliborski, Kellen, Charlotte, and Declan Adams.  She is also survived by her three sisters, Betty Mullowney, Claire Fiorelli, and Roberta Thomson.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM with a Service of Remembrance to be held at 3:30 PM all at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse.
