Obituary of John T Santoro

John T. Santoro, age 77 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Monday, November 29, 2021, at the Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ.

Born in Elizabeth, he was the son of the late Thomas and Margaret Santoro.

He resided in Avenel before moving to Whitehouse Station 39 years ago and worked as a regional salesman for Sipi Metals, a precious metals company out of Chicago.  His job afforded him with the opportunitty to travel to such places as Singapore, Shanghai and Italy.

John was a longtime member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station.

He loved activities which took him outdoors.  He enjoyed skiing, horseback riding, and leisurely rides on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.  John also enjoyed several trips to with his wife to Jamaica.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Jacqueline; his son, Alan and his wife, Kristin of Bloomsbury; his brother, Alan Santoro of Lavallette and his two cherished grandchildren, Jonathan, and Morgan Santoro as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888

All other services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Whitehouse Station.
