Obituary of Catherine A Leibrock

Catherine A Leibrock, age 77 of Ridgewood, NY, died Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Lillian (Gulotta) Adamo. Catherine was a resident of Ridgewood her entire life.  

She was a member of St. Aloysius Church in Ridgewood and worked as a School Secretary for many years for St. Aloysius School.

Catherine was a consummate homemaker who loved to cook, bake, and crochet.    She was such a kind person and would do anything for anyone. She was warm, compassionate, and empathetic.  She had many friends who cared deeply for her.   She never wanted to be the center of attention but was the kind of person that people were drawn to.  Catherine was most content when spending time with her family and her grandchildren meant the world to her.

She was predeceased by her brother, Frank Adamo and her sister, Libby Lentini.

Catherine is survived by her beloved husband, Paul Sr., her daughter, Lisa Principato of Raritan, her son, Paul Jr. and his wife, Laura of Whitehouse Station and her six cherished grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at 12:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888.

Friends may visit with the family prior to the service from 10:00 to 12:00 PM.  

All other services will be private.
