Obituary of Mary B Kearns

Mary B. Kearns, age 90 of Bridgewater, died peacefully at her home in Avalon Assisted Living at Bridgewater.

Born in Jersey City, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Anna Kearns.

Mary lived in South Plainfield for 35 years before moving to Bridgewater.

She worked as a school teacher for the Plainfield School District, retiring in 1997.  During her years in South Plainfield she was a member of Sacred Heart Church, joining St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church when she moved to Bridgewater. 

Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her five brothers, Vincent, Francis, Patrick, John, and Martin.

She is survived by many loving nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Ann's Church in Raritan.

Relatives and friends may visit prior to the mass from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM  at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
