Obituary of Anne M Sperduto

Anne Sperduto formerly of Newark and Nutley, NJ, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at her residence at Delaire-Aristacare Nursing and Convelence Center in Linden, NJ.

Anne was the daughter of the late Gerardo and Emelia(Ciccone) Melillo. She graduated Central High School in Newark, NJ and was the 1947 class Valedictorian as well as a member of the national honor society . She work at Mutual Benefits Life Insurance Company as well as Bambergers and Haynes & Co. in Newark. In 1950 she married Anthony Sperduto.

Anne is survived by her son , Michael Sperduto and his wife Rachael; her granddaughter, Taylor Mulrane and her husband, Chris; and her grandson, Kellen Sperduto. She was the dear sister of Emil Melillo and the late John , Nick and Angelo Melillo, Catherine Faria, and Marie Molinelli. 

A funeral service followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ will be private.
