Obituary of Dianne M Rozano

Dianne M. Rozano, age 63, of Readington, passed peacefully from thyroid cancer on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick.

Born and raised in Rahway, New Jersey, Dianne graduated with her Physical Therapy degree in 1982. She married her husband, Paul, in 1983, and in 1987, they began to grow their family. In 1992, Dianne and Paul moved to Readington to raise their two children. 

Dianne spent her 40-year career dedicated to others' rehabilitation primarily in dynamic sports medicine before changing pace and practicing as a valued physical therapist at Hunterdon Care Center. She may have been small in stature, but she handled some of the largest, more difficult case load. Her energy was endless and smile contagious. Dianne had a passion for being outdoors, was an avid environmentalist, and made friends wherever she went, from the grocery store to the hospital nursing staff that cared for her in her final days. She enjoyed gardening, hiking, baking, music, dancing, and most importantly, spending time and making memories with her family and friends. 

Dianne is survived by her husband, Paul; her adored daughter, Jacquelyn Alexander, and her husband, Ahiman Alexander; her beloved son, Zachary Rozano, and his wife, Kristen Rozano; and her cherished granddaughters, Charlotte and Olivia and grandson, Ryan.

A celebration of life memorial will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888. Family and friends are invited to toast Dianne following the memorial starting at 7:30 PM at the Stoney Brook Grille, 285 NJ-28, North Branch, NJ 08876.
