Sorry to hear of Uncle Pat's passing. I remember all the excitement when I was a kid and he was on a TV talk show about his "The Forgers" book. I thought it was about a couple named Mr. and Mrs. Forger. I was a dumb kid. That was a joke, do you think he would've liked that one? I looked through the family photo files and came up with these ones that I thought you'd like to see.

These photos are wonderful. Thank you for sharing. I was very small when he was on TV but I remember being thoroughly confused as he sat behind me but was also on TV.

So sorry to hear that Uncle Pat passed away. I loved seeing him at family get togethers because he had such a good sense of humor. Always happy. Great storyteller as well, and good at pulling your leg. My father in law, Marty Blank, always came to "the clan" family get togethers and loved chatting with Uncle Pat. Also, Uncle Pat came to me as a dentist every 6 months for his cleanings. The staff loved him and always called him "Uncle Pat" instead of "Mr. McGuire", which he loved and made him feel close to the staff. Whenever he came in to my dental office, I always got behind schedule because we would chat so much and tell stories to one another. Finally one staff member would pull me away to get back to work. But is was really nice to catch up and hear about how everyone was doing. My dad, David Hart, and Pat would always tell fishing stories to each other. Since everyone knows that fishermen exaggerate the size of the fish, therefore, fishermen Need to exaggerate to get the truth across. Every Feb 19th we would have a birthday party for mom, and Uncle Pat was always dependable to come. I know Mom (Marilyn Hart) and Pat chatted frequently and had lunch occasionally. He will be missed.
