Obituary of Joseph V. Dembecki Jr.

Joseph V. Dembecki, Jr., age 58 of Bridgewater, NJ, died suddenly on Saturday, March 25, 2006 at his home. Born in Bound Brook, NJ, he was the son of the late Joseph V. Dembecki who died in 1999 and Veronica (Loksa) Dembecki who lives in Raritan, NJ. Joseph had lived in Hillsborough prior to moving to Bridgewater 28 years ago. He was an active member of the Carpenters Union Local 455 in Somerville. The last several years Joe had been working with his son, Chris, at Chris Dembecki Carpentry Contractors. Joe was an avid baseball fan. He loved going to minor league games, especially the Trenton Thunder. He was a NASCAR fan, enjoyed fishing and most importantly he loved spending time with his family and friends. Besides his mother, Veronica, Joe is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Gloria Dembecki, his loving son, Chris and his wife Jill of Washington, NJ; his loving daughter, Joann Dembecki and her fiance, Todd Hendrickson of Annandale and his dear sisters, Mary Lou Cooper of Las Vegas and Cindy Gray of Walnut Port, PA. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at 1:30 P.M. at St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church in Raritan. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse.
