Obituary of Julia Wiskowski

Julia Wiskowski, age 87 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. Born in Bloomfield, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Ada Sullivan. Julia lived in Irvington for 48 years before moving to Whitehouse Station in 1997. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. While living in Irvington, she was a parishioner of St. Leos Church and joined Our Lady of Lourdes Church when she moved to Whitehouse Station. She belonged to the Altar Rosary Society of both Churches. Julia also attended the Briteside Center in Lebanon. Julia was predeceased by her husband, Alphonse C. Wiskowski who died in 1998. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Cornelius and Edward Sullivan and by her sister, Mary Harper. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Puglisi and her husband, Richard of Bridgewater, Judith Mulvihill and her husband, Michael of Raleigh, NC, Doctor Susan Wiskowski of Rocky Hill, CT and Christine Longo and her husband, David of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, Carolyn, David, Andrew, Kimberly, Gregory, Kelsey, Beth, Colleen, Thomas and Genevieve, her two brothers, John Sullivan and Patrick Sullivan and his wife, Jean and her beloved sister, Ada Maglio. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 30, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse.
