Obituary of Charles G. Nehlsen

Charles (Chubby) G. Nehlsen, age 71 of Belvidere, NJ., died Friday, November 18, 2006 at St. Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late George Marcus and the late Helen(Howe) Nehlsen. Charles lived in Brooklyn, NY most of his life before moving to Belvidere. He was a Florist in Bensenhurst, Brooklyn and was employed by Flowers by Philip on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, NY until his retirement in 2000. He was a former member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus Thomas Donegan Council 1251 in Brooklyn, NY. Charles was predeceased by his son Anthony Nehlsen. He is survived by his wife Loretta(DeMarco) Nehlsen of 48 years, his two sons Michael and his wife Kerri of Clinton Township and Douglas and his wife Debbie from Gillette and his 3 grandchildren Anthony, Samantha, and Taylor. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at Immaculate Conception Church, Annandale, NJ.
