Obituary of Sophie F. Radomski

Sophie F. Radomski, age 82 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ. Born on May 14, 1924 in Alpha, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Biel) Dyrek. Sophie had lived in Alpha before marrying her husband, Charles Radomski in 1950 and moving to Whitehouse Station. Sophie had worked as an egg breaker for John Heinss, who owned an egg pasteurizing plant in Whitehouse Station. She was also a U.S.D.A Inspector. She later worked as a Supervisor for the Conolog Corp. in North Branch for 9 years, before retiring in 1987. She was a devoted member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. Besides her husband, Charlie, Sophie is survived by her daughter, Deborah Meissner of Bucks County, PA. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 27, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway, Whitehouse.
