Obituary of Pin-Chi Chang

Pin-Chi Chang, age 94 formerly of Somerville, died Saturday, December 2, 2006 at his home in New York City. Born in Fu Zhou, China, he was the son of the late Shan Chin and Chow Inn Chang. Pin-Chi was a retired Colonel in the Chinese Army and fought in WWII. He was also a teacher, of Chinese literature and poetry at the Tonkon Poly Tech. University in Tai-Chun, Taiwan. His daughter, Helen Kao of Whitehouse Station and his nephew, Robert Chang of Rochester Hills, MI and other nieces and nephews, survive him. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, December 8, 2006 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
