Obituary of Donna Lynn Petrasek

Donna Lynn Petrasek of Annandale, NJ, died Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at the Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, NJ. Born in Passaic, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Edward John Petrasek who died in 1998 and Eileen Petrasek of Annandale, NJ. Donna had lived in Clifton and Parsippany prior to moving to Annandale in 2001. She was a graduate of Morris Catholic High School in Denville. She attended North Eastern University in Boston and graduated Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in 1991. Donna had worked at her fathers company, DuMont Oscilloscope Laboratories, Inc. in West Caldwell, before working at Denville Associates of Internal Medicine, PA in Denville. She was last associated with the Hunterdon Otolaryngology Associates in Flemington. Donna was a gourmet cook and avid reader. She enjoyed hiking and gardening. All who knew Donna were touched by her dynamic personality. Besides her mother, Eileen, she is survived by her brother, Mark E. Petrasek of Jacksonville, FL; and her sister, Laura OLeary of Washington Twp., NJ. She is also survived by her 2 nieces, Alexis and Estee and nephew Mark Petrasek all of Crofton, MD. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 23, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. at Immaculate Conception Church in Annandale. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse.
