Obituary of Stephanie R. Szymanski

Stephanie R. Szymanski, age 79, died Monday, February 19, 2007 at her home in Manville, NJ. Born and raised in Manville, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Raksa Sr. Stephanie met her husband, Stanley, along the riverbanks of Manville and was married on May 7, 1949. This May she would have celebrated 58 years of a loving relationship with her husband. Stephanie was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She spent most of her time loving and caring for her family. Stephanie loved being outdoors and was an avid gardener who enjoyed working with flowers. Stephanie is predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Besides her husband Stanley, Stephanie is survived by her daughter, Lauren Cibelli and her husband Chris of Bridgewater, NJ; her brother, Walter "JR" Raksa of Tinton Falls, NJ and her sister, Leocadia Bijaczyk of Hillsborough, NJ. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Wendi and Russell Kras and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private and have been entrusted to the Kearns Funeral Home of Whitehouse.
