Obituary of Anthony S. Dwulet
Anthony "Butch" Dwulet, age 77 of Lebanon, NJ, died Sunday, February 25, 2007, at the Hunterdon Medical Center with his loving family at his side.
Born in Jersey City, he was the son of the late Karol and Mary Dwulet. He lived in Old Bridge and Piscataway before moving to Lebanon 31 years ago. Butch married Barbara Schott in 1956. For their 50th anniversary Butch gave his wife 50 roses, one for each loving year he spent with her.
He served in the Army during the Korean War.
Butch was a truck driver before becoming a warehouse foreman for Lofts Pedigree Seed of Bound Brook, NJ. He worked for Lofts for 36 years until his retirement in 1994.
He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. His life revolved around family getaways, birthdays and holidays. He was always quick with a joke and had nicknames for everyone.
Butch was predeceased by his son, Scotty Dwulet, who died in 2000 and 4 brothers and sisters.
Besides his wife Barbara, he is survived by a daughter, Donna Nodine and her husband Bruce, of Wind Gap, PA, three brothers; Chester, Henry and Raymond, two sisters; Lottie and Marion. Butch is also survived by two granddaughters, Kristen and Jessica Nodine.
Friends may visit with the family Wednesday, February 28, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Hwy. 28 Whitehouse, NJ.
A funeral liturgy will be celebrated Thursday, March 1, 2007 at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Whitehouse Station. Burial will be in St. Magdalen's Cemetery, Flemington.
