Obituary of Vincent D'Angelo

Vincent DAngelo, Sr., 95, of Jensen Beach, FL, died April 3, 2007. He was born October 5, 1911 in Argentina. Vincent was raised in Abruzzi, Italy and had been a resident of Somerville for over 40 years before moving to Florida in 2005. Vincent worked as a foreman for Con-Edison for 38 years. He then worked 10 years in the municipal department for the Town of Somerset. He was predeceased by his daughter Arlene, a brother Gabrielle and a sister Madeline. Vincent is survived by his wife of 73 years, Rose DAngelo of Jensen Beach, FL: his son, Vincent DAngelo, Jr. of Palm City, FL; a daughter, Rosemarie Manzo of Somerville; two sisters, Ida Caniglia of Astoria, Queens, NY and Mary DAngelo of Clearwater, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 9, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Readington Reformed Church of Readington, NJ. Burial will be Monday in Bound Brook Cemetery, Bound Brook. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Kearns Funeral Home, Ltd. of Whitehouse.
