Dear Pat,
I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy and know that you are in my prayers.
I hope you remember me. I worked for Dr. Moskowitz and can remember you and your mom coming in. You both were so sweet and kind. When I left there, there were a few people that held a special place in my heart that I have never forgotten...you and your mom are amongst those such people.
Take care of yourself and I hope that our paths will cross again someday.
