Obituary of Dorothy D Radomski

Dorothy Radomski, 87, died Tuesday, July 31, in San Bernardino, California. Born August 16, 1924, in Somerville, NJ she was the daughter of the late Charles Daggett and Anna Liechti Daggett. She was married to the late George Radomski in 1945 and was a resident of Lebanon until 2007. She graduated from Flemington High School in 1942 and worked for the Elpee Corporation and later for the Minalex Corporation in Whitehouse. Mrs. Radomski was an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and was a charter member of the Rosary Altar Society. She was active for many years in the Whitehouse Grange and the Stanton Grange, in which she held various offices. In the 1950's Mrs. Radomski was a Brownie Scout troop leader in Whitehouse. She enjoyed gardening, baking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, and all sorts of crafts. In later years she did volunteer tutoring for elementary school children. Mrs. Radomski was also a member of the Clinton Township Seniors and the Lourdes Seniors. She is survived by her two sons, Thomas Radomski of Cuba, NY and James Radomski of San Bernardino, CA; her daughter, Teresa Radomski of Winston-Salem, NC; her sister, Betty Daggett, of Lebanon; six grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Services will be at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ 08888 followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Whitehouse Station. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM Monday, August 6 at the funeral home. Entombment will take place in the St. Bernard Mausoleum in Bridgewater.
