Obituary of Jenn Sparrer

Miss Jennifer Ann Sparrer, age 25 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2008 in Chapel Hill, NC. Jenn was born in Edison, NJ, the daughter of Frank and Patricia Ann Sparrer. She had lived in Roselle Park for 12 years before moving to Whitehouse Station in 1995. She was a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School in Flemington and received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. Jenn had worked for 4 years as an executive assistant for Triad Security Systems in Union, NJ Jenn displayed strength and optimism while she fought Cystic Fibrosis and always showed compassion and generosity for others despite her illness. She enjoyed writing, scrap booking and making jewelry that she sold to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis and transplant organizations. Jenn is survived by her parents, Frank and Patti Sparrer of Whitehouse Station, her brother, Christopher Sparrer of Whitehouse Station, and her grandmother, Anna Sparrer of Bronxville, NY. She will also be missed by her dogs, Alex and Jada. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 Pm at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse.
