Obituary of Katherine Skalij

Katherine Skalij, age 87 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at the Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington.Born in Poland she came to the United States 58 years ago.Katherine was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station.She was pre-deceased by her husband, Stefan Skalij and her daughter, Anna Hisko.Katherine is survived by her son-in-law, Wayne Hisko.A funeral liturgy will be held on Friday, March 6, 2009 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 309 Rt. 523, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889.Burial will be at Readington Reformed Church Cemetery.Friends may visit on Friday, March 6, 2009 at 8:30 AM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28 Whitehouse, NJ 08888.For more information or to send condolences please visit www.kearnsfuneralhome.com .
