Obituary of Theresa Zarrillo

Theresa Zarrillo, age 69 of Barnegat, NJ, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ.Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Nancy Bartolomeo.Theresa had lived in Bloomfield, NJ for 30 years before retiring to Barnegat 2 1/2 years ago. While living in Bloomfield she was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church and was currently a communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Barnegat.She was predeceased by her brother, John Bartolomeo and this past January by her beloved husband of 48 years, Donald Zarrillo.Theresa is survived by her loving daughter, Connie Fortunato and her husband, Mark, her loving sons, Frank Zarrillo and his wife, Christine and Donald Zarrillo and his wife Denise. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Greg, Steven, Jenna, Chelsea, Grace and Keara Clare and by her sister, Lucille Capuano and her husband, Pat and by her brother, Peter Bartolomeo and his wife, Barbara.A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Annandale.Friends may visit with the family on Friday, July 31, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse.Entombment will be in Immaculate Conception Mausoleum.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to Clinton First Aid & Rescue Squad, PO Box 5265 Clinton, NJ 08809 or Immaculate Conception School, PO Box 5400Clinton, NJ 08809For more information or to send condolences, please visit www.keransfuneralhome.com
