Obituary of John D. Feike

John D. Feike, age 76 of Stanton, NJ, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ.Born in Portland, OR, he was the son of the late Charles F. and Elva L. Feike. John graduated from Oregon State University and served in the in the United States Army from 1955 to1957. John lived in Readington Twp. before moving to Stanton 13 years ago and was a member of the Stanton Reformed ChurchHe worked for Ortho-McNeil in Raritan for 32 years, where he held various sales and marketing positions before retiring as the director of institutional marketing in 1994.John was predeceased by his first wife, Lynn J. FeikeHe is survived by his wife, Jean Feike, his daughter, Kellen Fitz and her husband, Tom of Randolph, NJ; his son, Kurt Feike and his wife, Jennifer of Spring, Texas and three step-children, Lisa Diviny, Patrick O'Donnell and Sean O'Donnell. John is also survived by his sister, Mary Lee Duncan and her husband, James of Milwaukie, OR and 5 grandchildren, Sean, Connor, and Dillon Fitz and Sasha O'Donnell and Julia Diviny. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Stanton Reformed Church, 1 Stanton Mountain Road, Stanton, NJ.
