Obituary of Louise Dilley

Louise Dilley passed away on Thursday July 1, 2010 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. She was 87. She was born in Chattanooga, TN on May 9 1923, daughter of the late, Robert Lee and Gracie Lee (Butler) Parsley. Louise lived in Tewksbury for over 30 years before moving to Flemington and most recently she had resided in Neshanic Station. Louise worked for many years in the Tewksbury and Far Hills area as an estate manager/ caretaker with her late husband, Dumont. Besides her husband, Louise was predeceased by her sons, Dumont V. Dilley Jr. and Robert Lee Dilley. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Dilley of Neshanic Station, a sister Juanita Roller of Madison AL and her brothers, Clifford Parsley of Meridianville, AL and Robert Parsley of McMinnville TN. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Cathleen Dilley, Thomas Dilley and David Dilley all of MA and numerous nieces and cousins. Louise had a lifelong love of animals and found great joy rescuing and adopting dogs from the Hunterdon County Humane Society. Donations can be made to the Hunterdon County Humane Society, 576 Stamets Road, Milford, NJ 08848. Private funeral services were entrusted to the Kearns Funeral Home, Whitehouse.
