Obituary of Orsolina M. Alberghini

Orsolina M. Alberghini, age 83, of Raritan, NJ, passed away Oct. 19, 2010 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville after a brief illness. Born on Oct. 2, 1927 in Raritan she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Brandina (Milanese) Talamini. She was a lifelong resident of Raritan. Orsolina was employed by Ortho Pharmaceutical in Raritan overseeing pharmaceutical production. She was a member of the Raritan Senior Citizens, The St. Ann's Church Golden Age Group, both in Raritan. She was an avid Bingo player and loved one-armed bandits and her daily newspaper. She was known for her kindness and would always acknowledge her friends' and loved ones' birthdays, holidays and milestones with a card. Her husband Dante predeceased her in 1989 as well as her brother Thomas B. Talamini in 2009 and her sister Sylvia M. Hunt in 2008. She is survived by her brother-in-law William F. Hunt Jr., 3 nephews, William F. Hunt III and his wife Susan, Bradford Hunt, and Thomas B. Hunt and his wife Joan. In addition are 1 grandnephew, William F. Hunt IV and 3 grandnieces, Jessica Rojas, Teresa and Christina Hunt. Visitation will be held on Friday October 22, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 at the Kearns Funeral Home 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse, NJ. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 10:30 AM at St. Ann's R.C. Church 45 Anderson St, Raritan, NJ. Entombment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery Mausoleum in Bridgewater.
