Obituary of Ida Marie Kocur

Ida Marie Kocur, age 82 of Whitehouse, NJ, died Thursday, December 16, 2010 at the Somerset Medical Center in Somerville, NJ. Born in Manville, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Ida Galvacky. Ida had lived in Whitehouse for the last 60 years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station and a member of both the Lourdes Seniors and the Readington Seniors. Ida is survived by her husband, Stanley Kocur, Sr., her son, Stanley Kocur, Jr. and his wife, Lorraine of Manville and her daughter, Lela Kocur of Whitehouse. She is also survived by her 2 sisters, Margaret Domanich and Mary Fischer, both of Hillsborough, her brother, Alex Galvacky of Middlesex and her 3 grandchildren, Michael, Jenna and Christopher. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway, Whitehouse.
