Obituary of Joseph J. Petock

Joseph J. Petock, Jr., age 98 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, died Monday, January 24, 2011 at the Phillipsburg Care Center in Phillipsburg, NJ. Joseph was born on June 29, 2011 in Yonkers, NY. He lived most of his life in Whitehouse Station. He was a master carpenter and worked for the Robert E. Newman Construction Company in Scotch Plains for over 40 years. He enjoyed woodworking and was always creating something at home. Robert was predeceased by his wife, Eugenia Petock, his daughter, Joan Schmauser, two brothers, Andy and Frank and his three sisters, Rose, Anne and Lillian. He is survived by his loving daughter, Patti-Jo Bloss of Easton, PA and son, Robert Petock of Wayne, NJ. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Lois, Nancy and Linda and his three great-grandchildren and two great- great-grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, January 30, 2011 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse. Funeral services will be private.
