Obituary of Patricia A. Lentine

Patricia A. Lentine, age 76 of Whitehouse, NJ, died Monday, March 14, 2011 surrounded by her family at the Somerset Medical Center. Born in Lewiston, ME, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anastasia Kearns. Pat lived in Rahway before moving to Whitehouse in 1968. She was a Registered Nurse and worked at the Somerset Medical Center and then the Raritan Health & Extended Care Center before retiring. She was also the secretary for the family business, Andersen Sheet Metal. Pat was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. Her favorite past time was playing bingo and her true love was her family. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Kearns. Pat is survived by her husband of 50 years, Dominick Lentine, her children, John of Milford, Joseph of Hampton and Stacy Jones of Pittstown. She is also survived by her brother, William Kearns of Allentown, PA; her 9 grandchildren, Mathieu, Joshua, John Michael, Andrew, Dominick, Michael, Joseph, Lauren and Rebecca and 2 great grandchildren, Logan and Sierra. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
