Obituary of Martin F. Connor

Martin F. Connor, age 50 of Whitehouse, died on Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Martin was born on November 4, 1960 in Somerville, NJ. He was a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School. After graduating, Martin joined the United States Marine Corps and served during the Post-Vietnam Era. Upon his honorable discharge, he attended and graduated from DeVry University. He worked for the United States Government as a technician for the military missile defense program. He will be greatly missed and remembered for all the fun he shared with his family. He is survived by his mother, Theresa Waage and her husband, Bruce of Whitehouse, his sisters, Nora Connor of Three Bridges, Kathi Connor-Oyster of Corinth, Maine, Mary Rose Connor of Clinton and Tisa Connor-McMahon of Stewartsville and his brothers, Tim Connor of Augusta, GA and Matt Connor of Lock Haven, PA and his brothers- in-law, Lowell Oyster and Jeff McMahon. He is also survived by his six nieces and nephews, Tony, Brian, Connor, Devon, Ryan and Kelly. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Whitehouse Station. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
