Obituary of Frances Louise Swartz

Frances Louise Swartz, age 96 of Readington, NJ, died Monday, April 18, 2011 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. Born in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Nellie Moon. Frances lived in Philadelphia and Bridgewater before moving to Readington fourteen years ago. While living in Philadelphia, Frances transcribed books at the Volunteer Services for the Blind. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Edgar Swartz who died in 1997 and her son, Donald George Swartz who died in 1999. Frances is survived by her son, Kenneth Edgar Swartz and his wife, Madeline R. of Readington, NJ and her four grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, April 22, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse. A funeral service will be held during the visitation at 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 11:00AM at Valley View Memorial Park in Montdale, PA. In lieu of flowers donations to the Pregnancy Aid and Information Center, 59 Thompson Street, Ratitan NJ 08869 would be appreciated.
