Obituary of Jane Marie Olesh Kessel

Jane Marie Olesh Kessel, age 46 of Flemington, NJ, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at her home. Born in Somerville, NJ, she was the daughter of Anthony Olesh of Readington and Irene Borsuk of Whitehouse Station. Jane grew up in Readington and was a 1983 graduate of Hunterdon Central High School. She went on to earn her degree in Computer Science from Kean University. For the past 10 years she was employed at Chubb Personal Insurance Company in Whitehouse Station and most recently was the QA Test Lead for E-Business. She had lived in Alpha, NJ for 16 years before moving to Flemington in 2006. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Flemington. Besides her parents Jane is survived by her son and daughter, Patrick and Rebecca Kessel, her ex-husband, Matthew Kessel, all of Whitehouse Station, her best friend and sister, Robyn Levitch and her husband, Andrew and their four children and many other loving family members. Jane was an adventurous spirit and was always up for trying something new, whether it was bungee jumping or running a 5K in the San Francisco Marathon. She touched many lives with her kindness and generosity and will be deeply missed. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, June 13, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Kearns Funeral Home, 103 Old Highway 28, Whitehouse. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday June 14, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Friends may gather at the funeral home at 10:00 AM.
